Debbie Dare

Director, LTCEPP, CLTC, LTCP
(717) 514-1242

Since 1987, Debbie’s professional experience has focused on educating consumers about the risks and cost of long-term care services. She was instrumental in designing and growing a prosperous LTCi brokerage house in the 1980s. Within that brokerage house, Debbie served as Vice President of Marketing and Training, educating agents/brokers regarding long-term care longevity planning and affordable insurance options to transfer the risk of long-term care services. She assisted insurance companies with product design, policyholder service procedures and marketing concepts for educating consumers.

Additionally, her experience includes working with home health care agencies and assisted living and continual care retirement communities. There, she expanded her knowledge regarding Medicare and Medicaid issues and gained invaluable insight as to how insurance products are viewed by home health care agencies, assisted living communities and nursing homes.

Recognizing a dire need for consumers to have access to superior service, counsel, education and diversity of product offering, Debbie, a strong advocate of “education first – product second”, has educated thousands of consumers and their families with her trademarked Long-Term Care Education and Planning Program (LTCEPP®). Whether you meet her individually around the kitchen table or in board and or meeting rooms of small, mid-size and large employers and associations, you can be assured you have her focused attention to your own personal needs.

Educating consumers regarding the need for longevity planning to protect against the devastating costs of long-term care services is a core belief of Debbie’s. Assuring all that meet with her understand their options and have access to the best product based on their health and finances is her mission.

Also, as a strong consumer advocate, and knowing the value of tax credits as an incenting to consumers to learn about long-term care longevity planning and look to secure appropriate and affordable insurance coverage, she has spent years speaking with Pennsylvania legislators in the hopes of securing a state tax credit or deduction for those that purchase long-term care insurance.  It appears Pennsylvania will finally adapt just such legislation.

Debbie and her husband of 46 years, Richard, live in Harrisburg, PA, close to her son, Chad Dare and daughter, Brandy Kanode.  Both of her children are married and  have given her four wonderful grand girls; Kalia Joy, McKenna Irene Dare, Cadence Dare Kanode and Lyla Grace Kanode. She loves traveling, reading, crocheting, swimming but most of all spending time with family.

Michael Ocilka, CLTC, is a Longevity Planning Specialist with more than 27 years of combined experience in the insurance and related marketing industries.

Longevity Planning consists of a comprehensive, strategic approach to living a long, financially secure life, which includes addressing Medicare, life and final expense insurance, and most of all, long-term care planning.

Michael is co-creator of LTCEPP® (Long-Term Care Education and Planning Program).  LTCEPP® focuses on raising awareness of the need to address and plan for long-term care and the emotional, physical, and financial consequences on those you love the most when you don’t plan.

He believes that everyone deserves long-term care education and everyone needs to have an LTC plan. And when appropriate, selecting insurance as part of the plan should be an informed decision He works with individuals, employer groups, school districts, and associations in providing LTC education and planning options to people of all ages.

The key question that everyone needs to ask themselves is: “What is my plan to protect my most important asset – my family?”

Michael welcomes the opportunity to assist you and your family in all your Longevity Planning needs.

LEWIS INGLES

LUTCF, CLTC
(717) 364-5861

Lewis C. Ingles has been a licensed Life Insurance Agent and Financial Planner since 1990.   Lewis has been involved in the individual and group long term care market for the past 16 years.  He has a passion for creating Long Term extended healthcare strategies for his clients.

Lewis has a total of 30 years experience in this field.  As an only child his father had a stroke when he was 24 years of age and his father spent 11 ½ years in skilled nursing care.  His father did not have any type of Long Term Care insurance and the stress on his Mother of being the Primary care giver for her husband was devastating.

Approximately 9 years later, Lewis’s mother acquired Parkinson’s disease and spent 2 years in Assisted Living and the last year of her life in skilled nursing care.

Lewis knows firsthand the physical, emotional and financial impact caring for a family member can cause.  Lewis’s Mother had purchased Long Term care insurance and that benefit helped considerably with the stress of caring for his mother.  Decisions for her care were made without the added worry of financing that care.

Lewis plans to sit for the                 this Spring.
